Vintage Liberty of London Square Silk Scarf - Brown Border with Floral Print, Flowers - Autumnal Colours - Made in Japan

This is a pretty floral Liberty of London scarf with an orangish-brown border and a floral pattern in a vaguely autumnal orange, blue, gold, pink, and purple colourway, on a pale gold/beige background. The logo says, "Liberty of London - All Silk".

The scarf is in good to very good condition with a pinhole where a tag was attached.

The hem is machine stitched, though from the front it looks hand rolled. It has a reasonably good plumpness for a machine-stitched hem. A tag is attached to the back which says "100% Silk - Dry Clean Only - Made in Japan". (The tag is actually in both English and French, but was sewn with the French side facing out.) Most Liberty scarves are marked "Made in England", so this one is unusual.

The scarf is medium to large size and almost square, measuring 27.5" (70 cm) by 27" (68.5 cm).

This scarf has a pretty floral print and is a versatile medium size.
