I wasn't aware that this kit would come from Hong Kong, however it only took a week to get here. I would suggest that you need some experience in needle felting to get a result anywhere near the images on the instructions. I know that another person leaving a review was confused on the needle and colour coding used in the instructions, this seems to have been rectified on the list of contents, I always find it a good idea to read through and study the photos before beginning. My 'attempt' looks like a chimpanzee, I wanted a finer, smaller monkey so I will try again. Customer Service was excellent when I had a colour missing, they responded very quickly and sorted everything out in a very professional and extremely polite manner.

I was very exited when I got the items. I started the monkey today and I am not a beginner. I ‘ve never had kit that is so confusing. The wool and needles do not have any numbers. The instructions are awful. 😢 For example instructions are saying- use DMC 840 and 38G needle. And there is no numbers written on the wool or needle. Absolutely disappointing.
