• Due to the nature of personalized napkins, all sales are final and non-refundable

In accordance with industry standards, if the quantity of missing or defective items represents less than 10% of the total order volume, we reserve the right to issue a proportional refund or store credit for those items instead of producing replacement products. As such, replacement orders will not be provided for missing or defective items when the affected quantity is less than 10% of the total order.

✨ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Due to the nature of pulpboard (made from coarsely pulped paper), subtle texture lines may appear in some designs. Slight color variations may occur during printing and are considered normal—not defects.
• Please double-check spelling and details before placing your order

• Custom items are made just for you and may not be eligible for returns

Each item is handcrafted, making every piece unique. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting. While we strive to match your digital proof as closely as possible, mockups are representations and not exact guarantees of the final product.
