My order hasn't arrived yet

There might be some delays due to COVID here on PH and to the destination of the order. If after 2 months there is NO MOVEMENT from the LAST UPDATE on tracking on the order that is OUTSIDE or FAR AWAY from the sender's location or I see the order is sent back to me, I will send a replacement but I will require a repayment of shipping fee

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

Refunds, returns or exchanges are NOT ALLOWED for: CHANGE OF MIND - orders can be cancelled 2 hours after order - no cancellation or refund after that DID NOT WANT THE ITEM - Please be sure when ordering and read item description properly CUSTOMER INPUT INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS - customer will pay shipping fee for reshipment of items returned to me ITEM LOST IN BUYER'S POST OFFICE/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - every order is packed securely before shipment with proof of ship out TRACKING NUMBER HAS DELIVERED STATUS - customer is responsible for receiving their packages

Why is my order taking too long

Ideally the preorders should last for month and another month for production. If I did not meet the MOQ I'll message the buyers if they want refund or have the preorder duration longer so I can have the funds for production. Another factor would be the delays and lockdowns due to covid. So I make sure to reply as soon as I can or update about the orders at the announcement section. I also often post at my twitter item previews or order/shipping updates. Hoping for your understanding and thank you for the support!
