All wallpaper is digitally custom-printed, packaged and shipped by my printing partner using non-toxic water-based inks.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON HOW IT WORKS

Please order a sample swatch first to ensure the wallpaper type, color and scale meet your expectations. While I have done my best to show accurate colors and scale, these can differ slightly from screen to print. Testing the swatch on your wall surface is also very important.
Please read and review all product details, measurements, and specifications prior to purchase. The shop owner is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, miscalculated quantities, or failure to order a sample before purchase.
Removable wallpapers are not recommended for textured walls or walls painted with stain-resistant or washable paints. The best practice is to apply the wallpaper to smooth surfaces painted with a flat white primer. Please allow recently painted surfaces to cure for at least four weeks before applying your wallpaper.

As every Serenity Haus product is custom-printed and produced especially for you, I am unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order is damaged or flawed, please reach out to me immediately so that I can work with my production partner to resolve the issue for you. We both want you to be happy with your wallpaper.

Due to the automated process of order processing, production and shipping, I am only able to accept cancellations made within 1 hour of receipt of the order. Please get in touch with me and I will try to accommodate you as best I can.

While we use high-quality production partners, this shop is not responsible for any direct or incidental damage caused by the installation or removal of our wallpaper products. Please ensure that you follow installation instructions properly to ensure the best results for your wallpaper installation and future removal.

I create all my wallpaper designs myself. No AI or stock imagery has been used in the pattern design themselves, but I do use photographic mockups to illustrate how the wallpaper looks in situ in the listing images, and these may have been generated using an AI image generator.
