NG+ GameBuilds Custom Desktop PC Diagnostic & Repair Service

Is your desktop PC failing to boot, crashing, overheating, freezing, or acting unstable?

NG+ GameBuilds offers mail-in diagnostic and repair service for desktop and gaming PCs. This listing covers the initial diagnostic inspection and repair estimate for your customer-supplied desktop PC.

The initial diagnostic fee is **$125**. If you approve the repair, that $125 is credited toward the standard repair labor package.

**Standard repair labor is $300 total.**
That includes the diagnostic work plus up to **4 total hours of labor**.

**A standard return shipping charge of $75 is listed with this ad to cover the cost of shipping your PC back to you. **

Shipping may cost more depending on your location and any additional insurance you want to have. I ship using UPS Ground and include up to $1000 insurance with the standard return shipping charge.

After I diagnose the problem, I will send you a written repair estimate through Etsy Messages. If you approve the repair, I will create a private custom Etsy listing for the remaining labor balance, approved replacement parts, return shipping (beyond the $75 standard return shipping fee), and additional shipping insurance if requested.

No additional repair work, parts purchases, or added labor charges will be performed without your approval.

**Common issues I can help with**

**Parts policy**

Replacement parts are not included in the diagnostic fee or standard repair labor price.

If your PC needs parts, I will provide a quote before anything is purchased. Parts may include items such as a power supply, SSD, RAM, fans, CPU cooler, motherboard, GPU, cables, or other components.

**Shipping policy**

Buyer is responsible for securely shipping the PC to NG+ GameBuilds.

Please use strong packaging, tracking, and insurance. For large or heavy graphics cards, I strongly recommend removing the GPU and packing it separately, or using proper internal support to prevent damage during shipping.

Return shipping and optional insurance will be quoted after diagnosis (beyond the $75 standard shipping fee) and included in the custom repair listing if you approve the work.

Buyer pays inbound shipping. Return shipping is quoted separately.

**Important limitations**

This service is for desktop PCs only. I do not currently repair laptops, tablets, phones, monitors, printers, or game consoles.

This service does not include:

* Board-level soldering repair
* Liquid damage repair
* Custom liquid cooling loop repair
* Advanced data recovery
* Business/forensic malware analysis
* Warranty repair for manufacturer-covered systems
* Guaranteed recovery of corrupted or failed storage devices

**If the PC cannot be repaired, or if you choose not to move forward with the repair**

If I diagnose the PC and you decide not to proceed with the repair, the $125 diagnostic fee is retained for the time spent inspecting, testing, and documenting the issue. I will ship the PC back to you ASAP.

If the PC requires parts or additional labor that you do not approve, I will return the PC after return shipping is paid.

If I cannot identify the issue after reasonable diagnostic testing, I will provide a summary of the tests performed and discuss next steps with you.

**Warranty**

Repairs include a 90-day labor warranty on the specific work performed.

Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or seller return period. Customer-supplied parts, unrelated failures, shipping damage, overclocking instability, malware reinfection, and data loss are not covered.

**Before ordering**

Please message me with:

* PC symptoms
* When the problem started
* Whether the PC was custom-built or prebuilt
* CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, power supply, and storage specs, if known
* Any recent upgrades or changes
* Photos of the PC if helpful

I will let you know whether the system appears appropriate for this mail-in diagnostic service before you ship it.
