💌 My tracking hasn’t updated—should I be worried?

Etsy letter mail tracking doesn’t always update in real time, even while your order is gently making its way through the postal system. It’s one of those imperfect little systems where movement can happen before updates appear. If anything ever feels unclear or like your order has gone quiet, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to help look into it for you.

📦 How are orders shipped?

Smaller items are sent using Etsy letter mail tracking, which is best suited for lightweight paper goods like stickers and bookmarks. Larger or heavier orders may travel as fully tracked parcels depending on size. Every order is packed with care and sent out as soon as it’s ready.

⏳ How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in the order they’re received and shipped out as soon as they’re ready to go. Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. If you’re working with a specific deadline, feel free to reach out before ordering and I’ll always do my best to help you choose the best timing 💌 Once shipped, delivery times can vary depending on your location and postal service handling.

✨ I made a mistake with my address—what should I do?

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please reach out as soon as possible so I can help correct it before your order leaves the studio.
