Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Because Soramelique items are made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or alteration requests after delivery for personalized or custom items, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For non-personalized made-to-order items, return rights may vary depending on the shipping destination. For orders shipped to the EU/EEA, statutory consumer rights may apply. If required by law, eligible non-personalized items may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period. Please make sure all personalization details, model selections, sizes, and order information are correct before placing your order. If you have a special request, please message me before ordering and I will always do my best to help.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Because items are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted production partner, I do not automatically send photos, proofs, or mockups before production and shipment unless this is specifically stated in the listing. Please review all listing photos, descriptions, personalization fields, and product details carefully before ordering.

How do I make sure you match my personalization or style request as closely as possible?

The best way is to send a message before ordering with any important details, such as: •the exact name, initials, or wording you want •any preferences that are offered in the listing •reference links or photos, if the listing allows custom design input I can only work from the information provided in your order or messages, so please make sure everything is entered clearly and correctly.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Because most items are made to order, I do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, ordering the wrong model/variation, or personalization mistakes submitted by the buyer. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of: •the item •the packaging •the shipping label Once reviewed, I will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate. Buyers in the EU/EEA may also have statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but I cannot find it?

Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact me and I will do my best to help you track it down. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If I become aware that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, I will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimate and, where applicable, the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference? Do you accept cancellations?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time the order is placed. I do not refund price differences for promotions, discounts, or sales that begin after an order has already been submitted. Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of purchase, unless production has already started. Once a personalized or made-to-order item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled

What if my item is returned to the sender after it is shipped?

If an order is returned because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

What are the sizing details, phone model details, or compatibility details?

Please review all listing details carefully before ordering, including: •phone model compatibility •available sizes or variations •materials •personalization details Buyers are responsible for selecting the correct model, size, variation, and personalization information when placing an order.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and transit times may vary due to the carrier, customs, weather, seasonal demand, or other delays outside my control. If your order is delayed, please contact me and I will help however I can. Delays in transit do not automatically qualify an order for return or refund after delivery, especially for personalized items, unless required by law or unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
