Care instructions for raffia hats

Rafia is a natural fiber that is produced from the leaves of the palm tree of Raphia farinifera. This is viscose-cellulose yarn. Therefore, care for the hat should be this: raffia yarn is very wear-resistant. The hat can be wiped with a damp sponge. It is undesirable to wash, it is still cellulose. Only if you drop it in the dirt, then very gently wash it, after washing, put it on some basis, so that it takes the form you need. It can be folded several times. If the hat regilin, it is better not to crush it too much, so that it does not lose shape. If the field of the hat is dented during storage or transportation, simply strip it with an iron.

Returns and exchanges

Here is the return process in my shop: 1. I should give you Ukrainian address for returning, were I create my products. 2. You should send the parcel to the address I gave to you. The parcel must be paid for. 3. When I receive the parcel, should give a look-over to it. If the item is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or has obvious signs of use I will refund up to 50% of the item's price. If the item is in its original condition I will refund you the money. 4. Money refund will be made to the original payment method.
