The seller was so incredibly sweet and helpful when my first order arrived with an issue and she immediately ordered me a replacement at no extra cost. She also followed up often until the replacement was delivered to make sure everything was great quality. I cannot recommend her shop enough, simply because she really takes care of her customers :) The name sign is also so cute above the crib in my nursery. So cute!
