Response from Dung

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, I’d like to clarify that the product is **2D printed**, and this information is clearly shown in the product information images included in the listing before purchase. We always try to provide accurate photos and descriptions so customers can understand the product they are ordering. We certainly do not intend to deceive or mislead anyone, and I’m sorry if the product was different from what you personally expected.
