Revisions are only accepted if the mistake is made by our shop or if the provided information was incomplete. We do not accept new changes once the design has been completed.

How many custom details are included in one order?

Each order includes one custom information set only (e.g., one name list or one version of the design). If you need multiple versions or different custom details, please place separate orders.

How long does it take to receive my file?
