Log each day in about a minute: whether you had symptoms, an overall severity score on a simple 1-10 scale, your lying and standing heart rate with the rise between them, and 1-5 sub-scales for lightheadedness, brain fog, and fatigue so you can see which symptom is driving the day. Columns for fluids, a salt target, compression, near-faint episodes, upright activity, sleep, and a suspected trigger round out the picture. A Month View, Visit Summary tab keeps the essentials thumb-friendly so you can log right after a standing check, then expand into the full Daily Log later at a desk.

The Dashboard does the math for you. As you fill in the log, summary cards and charts update automatically: symptom days this month, average severity over 30 days, your average standing heart rate, and your most common suspected trigger. A chart of symptom days per month makes flares and calmer stretches easy to see at a glance, and the severity, lightheadedness, brain fog, fatigue, and activity columns shade from light to deep so trends stand out.
