Processing & Shipping Time

Our processing time is typically 3-6 business days. During holidays we may see a slight delay. Please also expect USPS shipping times to be longer around the holidays. Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery after the order is shipped. Expedited shipping may be available upon request but please note this does not cut down on the processing time of 3-6 business days to produce and ship your order. It only speeds up the time your package is in transit. If you want rush shipping please contact us prior to placing your order and include your delivery date deadline.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are made to order. Because of this unless they arrive damaged or defective we can't accept returns. But we offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee so if for any reason you're not happy let us know! We will replace or refund damaged items so please contact us prior to leaving a review and give us a chance to make it right for you. For clothing items if you need a different size please reach out to us. While we don't technically accept exchanges, we will send you a coupon code to repurchase the item in a different size at a steep discount that covers just a portion of the cost of sending you the item in a different size and you keep the original item.

Please review the size charts before ordering any apparel items. Measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and shoulder to bottom hem to find the right size for you. Shirts typically have a +/- 1 to 1 1/4" tolerance from the measurements in the size chart. If you receive a shirt that falls outside that tolerance please contact us with photos showing the measurements of your shirt and we would be happy to refund or replace the shirt.
