Highlights

WELCOME TO CustomTeaUs!

Note: Our T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are true to size. If you prefer an oversized fit, please choose a larger size. Each type of shirt comes in different colors. Select your size and shirt type first, then the available colors will be displayed in the Shirt Color section.

Returns and exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged, so please consider your purchase carefully. We strive for your satisfaction, so if you have any issues with our products, please let us know.

Our material is a thick blend of cotton and polyester, providing a plush, soft feel and warmth. It also serves as an excellent surface for printing. There are no side seams.

• Hoodie and Sweatshirt: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester
Made from specially spun fibers, these fabrics are strong, smooth, and ideal for printing. Polyester fibers are highly durable, resistant to most chemicals, and resistant to stretching and shrinking.

• T-Shirt: 100% Organic Combed Cotton
This fabric is warm, flexible, stretchy, and insulating. The cotton is grown without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. Solid colors are 100% cotton (heather colors contain 15% viscose).

Colors may vary from monitor to monitor. Please be aware that the colors you see on your screen may slightly differ from the printed product.

Care Instructions:
Wash items inside out in cold water. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on the design.

For custom requests or changes to colors, garment type, or style, please message us to discuss.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Every item is made to order, reducing fabric waste compared to conventional manufacturing. Our processing time is 2–7 business days plus shipping time, but orders typically arrive sooner. You will receive your order within the "Estimated Arrival" window.
