What buyers say, summarized by AI: Looks great Love it Helpful seller
Lovely item. I just wish that I had been informed about the color issue sooner. Otherwise I am very happy.
Response from NexClay Studio
Thank you so much for your kind review and understanding! 💕 We’re very happy to hear that you love the item. We also sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to inform you about the color issue sooner. We received an unexpected notice from our pigment supplier that the specific color would be unavailable for a period of time, and we immediately removed the affected whale color from our available options once we learned about it. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you again for your support and recognition of our work! 🐋💙 — Ailsa & Nex Clay Studio
