Can you provide editable files, for example Ai, Ps or PDF files?

Unfortunately we cannot provide editable files at the same price point. There are many printers that are able to use JPEG files for printing.

Can I get a refund on a design I purchased if I decide I no longer need it?

As per Etsy’s policies, there are no refunds for digital downloads.

Do I get exclusive rights to a file when I purchase it?

No. All designs are non-exclusive and sold multiple times

Why can’t I download my file?

You have to be logged in to Etsy through a browser in order to download files. They cannot be downloaded via the Etsy app. Please follow the instructions here: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115013328108?segment=shopping

Do you design custom files?

No. The only custom files available are the personalised name files in my shop.

What colour format are your designs?

All design are in RGB colour mode
