❓ What is the quality of the materials like?

Our wallpapers are made from thick, durable, and long-lasting materials. Thanks to high-resolution printing technology, the patterns are clear, the colors are vibrant, and they do not fade over time.

❓ Can wallpaper be wiped clean?

Yes. It can be gently wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.

❓ Is it difficult to apply?

No. The patterns are prepared to make alignment easy. Application with a professional is recommended, but experienced users can also apply it themselves.

❓ What surfaces are wallpapers suitable for?

They are suitable for smooth, clean, and dry walls. We recommend waiting at least 2-3 weeks before applying to freshly painted walls.

❓ When will my order be prepared?

Since all products are custom-made, our preparation time is generally between 5-7 business days. Once production is complete, it will be shipped.

❓ Is a return or cancellation possible?

Since the products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a problem due to manufacturing, please contact us — we will help you.

❓ Will the colors be exactly as I see them on the screen?

There may be slight variations in color tones depending on your screen settings. However, our print quality is adjusted to accurately reflect the colors in the design.

❓ Can I get a sample?

Yes, you can order a sample. This way you can see the texture and colors up close.
