All items are quality checked before packaging and shipping. It is then the customer’s responsibility to keep good care of their items. As vinyl is used on the majority of personalised items, it is advised to NOT pick or disturb the vinyl as this will ruin the design. Please clean your items (if needed) with a dry clean cloth and avoid the vinyl where you can.

All sizes and dimensions are clearly stated in all item description details. Please take time to read the descriptions where you will find all of the relevant information.
