Wrong Item or Incorrect Customization

📌 We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please send us a quick photo of what you received and let us know within 14 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

📌 Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Please be aware of our policies before making a purchase and contact us directly if you have any concerns. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have!

If the Item Arrives Damaged

✅ If there are any issues with your product due to an error by our distributor, or an accident from the mail service that has left your product damaged, just reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund to make things right.

🚚 Processing times may vary by product, so please refer to the individual listing for the most accurate times. Generally, it takes on about 2-3 business days for most items including custom items to ship out. And then 3-5 business days in transit.

We use 3–5 day shipping and an extensive printing network to print and ship from the location closest to you. If you are on a tight deadline, please message us directly.
