none of the items fit properly, the pants were too small, the jacket had buttons falling off, and the vest must have been made for another man entirely. when presented with this customer service was tedious and at times flat out rude.

To clarify for anyone reading this review: the garments were made according to the measurements provided by the customer. Despite this, we issued a full refund as a goodwill resolution. After receiving the full refund, the customer then demanded an additional $50, which we declined because we cannot make payments outside Etsy’s policies. This review was left after we refused that additional payment. We have records of the measurements, communications, and refund, so we stand by our handling of this order.
