Change of Address after Placing Order

Shipping labels will print according to the address you have listed in your account when placing your order. If you need to change your address after placing your order, I suggest you contact me to cancel your order and then you can go ahead and reorder it with the correct address. Then it will be guaranteed to get to where you need it to go. Thanks for your understanding.

Order Processing Speed

Most orders are processed and shipped three days every week. If you need an order processed the next day, please contact me or purchase the shipping express upgrade (domestic orders). Please see important information below about SHIPPING SPEED during the COVID-19 outbreak. Thank you!

Wholesale availability

Please contact me for a wholesale quote on large orders at least 4 weeks before you actually need the product. Shipping times vary depending on if I have all the product you need in stock or not. Typically, your order will ship 2-3 weeks after you place your order, so the sooner you ask the less pressed for time we will all be. Thank you!

Will I Get Tracking Information?

If I decide that your order will not have tracking information you will still be notified when I ship it so that you can have an idea when to expect it. Sorry, but not all items will have tracking due to a very few people who are attempting to "reuse" my tracking numbers to scam people, which is illegal. I refuse to willingly help in that. So if you place a small order and you are a legitimate person, I apologize, but you will likely not get tracking on your order. Your order will ship with regular stamps. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING SPEED During the Holiday & COVID-19

SHIPPING NOTICE: Please understand that shipping times are unpredictable until further notice. I will process and ship as soon as possible, however all shipping carriers are facing unprecedented logistical challenges and some packages are delayed or stalled in transit. Please understand, there will be no refunds or reshipping due to an order being delayed because of a shipping carrier. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Custom and personalized orders

I am sorry, but I am not making custom sizes or printing logos at this time on the drawstring bags. I may be able to replace the pull tie with another ribbon or rope for a fee per bag. Please get in touch if you need a quote. Generally, it is about $4 per bag.
