However, the item did not ship or get delivered on time and the seller was unwilling to provide a satisfactory explanation of what happened or provide any meaningful resolution. After I placed my order I received an email with what I later found to be fraudulent tracking information. When the package didn't arrive I reached out to the seller who responded with a picture of a package post marked that morning. She gave an explanation that made no sense and claimed she couldn't provide a refund because it had already been shipped. I had to get a replacement veil from another store because I didn't know if this one would arrive on time.”
