🪡 Flat back buttons (no raised shanks). Please note the thickness of each button may be greater than other similar sized buttons made from plastic, etc.

As they are handmade buttons, variations in the size, thickness and finish of the buttons is a feature, not a defect. I have done my best to match the sizes and the overall colours per card, so that each set is close in size/look on each card.

These buttons are made from ceramic (fired clay). They are therefore heavier than plastic buttons, and more prone to breakages if mishandled.
They would make a fantastic addition to a coat, chunky cardigan or other medium to heavy weight garment.
They are not suitable for lighter weight fabrics as they will be too heavy for the fabric/garment. Being that they are ceramic, they should not be washed in the washing machine.

Buttons are sewn onto the card for packaging and post, they may be removed from the card by snipping the threads.
