I am so sad to write this review and this guys stuff is amazing. However I have attempted to talk to him about the fact these files will not download onto my dongle. He is telling me to rename them. I have right clicked on each design and my laptop simply will not allow me to change the name of the files. I have tried telling him this over and over and he is not listening. The problem is when you open them in their folders they all have the same name 3.9 4.9. So when I go to download them it over writes the previous design. I have spent far too much time at my end trying to fix this issue and had zero help. I asked for his to go into the files and rename so they have different names and it seems this is impossible or he simply doesn't want to do it. So now I have 5 designs which I cannot use as they write over the previous one.
