Can you cut my logo or design out of metal?

Plasma cutting can be tricky with intricate designs. The best way to determine if your logo or design is feasible is to send me the artwork file along with the dimensions. With these details, I can assess what’s possible.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.

What if I receive the wrong item or there is a mistake in my order?

If the mistake is on our part, we will refund or replace the item ASAP. Please contact us, and we will make it right!

How are your product sizes measured?

Our sizes are measured by the largest dimension of the product, including the length of any stakes if the product comes with them. We offer a range of sizes to suit your needs, from small accents to large statement pieces. If you have a specific size in mind, feel free to reach out, and we’ll work together to create the perfect fit for your space!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time for U.S. orders is 7-10 business days, while international orders take 8-15 business days. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to activate, as each item is handcrafted and packaged with care. During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended by a few days.

Can I request changes after approving the design proof?

Yes! You can request a design proof, but you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order. If no request is made, we will proceed with the default design and production. Once the item has entered production, changes cannot be made. Any modifications after this stage will require purchasing a new order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we will replace it.

Be aware the item is not 3-D, it’s a metal print. Therefore it has no depth or texture, very flat and catches any kind of light distorting the print. As for hanging, two holes have been drilled on either side at exactly 9:00 and 3:00 making it very wobbly to hang. Any artwork should have proper hanging hardware on the upper 12:00 position. When requesting to return they refused saying it was custom made. Although currently they show a 50% discount on the same item. This was for a gift. The photos are very misleading. The item looks cheaply made and there’s no proof it’s made of brass. Both sides are covered with a plastic film. If you stand by your merchandise, returns and refunds should be done. Will never do business with this company in future.
