To describe the owner of the shop, I would say very understanding from both modeler and artist. I would have to say, thoughtful, easy to engage with, and diligent. When they started my Work it did take a while but when you are making something extremely detailed and providing the ability to problem solve, they help you and will work with you on the project. The quality of this item was the best I have seen, even divided it into pieces for easier printing and to work with as a model.
