How do I receive my reading, and how long does it take?

Written readings arrive as a PDF you download from your Etsy order, usually within 48 to 72 hours depending on the reading (each listing shows its exact delivery time). Video readings arrive as a private link in your Etsy Messages, within 72 hours to 4 days. Etsy emails you as soon as your reading is ready.

Are your tarot readings AI-generated?

No. For every tarot reading, I shuffle and pull the cards by hand from a physical deck, photograph your spread exactly as it fell, and write or record the reading myself.

Custom and personalized orders

Every reading is personalized. At checkout, add your first name and your question in the personalization box. For a gift reading, add their first name, the occasion and your message for the cover. For the Decision reading, give your two options as Path A and Path B.

Can I return a reading?

Readings are made to order just for you, so they can't be returned. But if anything about your delivery isn't right, message me and I'll make it right.

How long does the printed deck take to arrive?

Each deck is printed to order (2 to 5 business days) and ships from Hong Kong with tracking, in a velvet drawstring bag. Etsy shows your estimated delivery date at checkout.
