• Each badge buddy is made from 1/8" premium acrylic laser cut into a badge buddy backer in the size of your choosing, in the color of your choice. Adhered to the backer is your name or job title, also in a color of your choice. All font options WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MIRRORS are 1/8" thick. All mirror fonts are 1/16" thick. See listing pictures for details.

******** PLEASE NOTE: Retro Rainbow and Checkered are printed patterns. They are printed directly onto Clear Acrylic. To prevent any damage that could be caused to the back of the badge, therefore causing distortion to the front of the badge, we apply a thin, clear plastic layer to the back of the badge buddy. If you have any questions, please let us know ********

• Our badge buddies come in 4 sizes: Horizontal, Vertical, Oversized Horizontal and Oversized Vertical. See listing pictures for measurements. Please remember to measure your ID badge before ordering! We do not offer returns for the wrong size ordered.

• We have 7 fonts to choose from! See listing pictures for details. Please note, the longer the name/title you supply, the smaller/thinner the font will be. Longer names/titles could be more fragile than shorter names/titles.

• If you order a badge buddy + personalized badge reel combo, be sure to let us know what you want on the badge reel. We are limited to either a first initial, 3 initials, or a short phrase. We will reach out if the phrase you've requested won't fit. Please note that the font that will be used on the badge reel will be the same font chosen for the badge buddy.

• If you order a badge buddy + personalized badge reel combo, the badge reel cover will be adhered to the badge reel with velcro dots, so you can change them out to match the day, holiday, or your mood!

• Each order comes with a swivel alligator clip badge reel with a smooth, retractable functionality.

🛒 HOW TO ORDER

• Select your Item (Badge Buddy Only or Badge Buddy + Personalized Reel Cover combo) and Backer color.
• Put in the Personalization - Name/Title box the name or title you'd like on the Badge Buddy. Please be sure to double check spelling!

• Select Font Choice and Font Color Choice.

• If your Backer Color choice isn't listed select "Other" from the main dropdown list and then select the color of your choice from the "Other" color box. *IF YOU DO NOT SELECT OTHER FROM THE MAIN BACKER COLOR DROPDOWN, WE WILL IGNORE ANY COLOR CHOSEN FROM THE OTHER BACKER COLORS DROPDOWN*

• If your Font Color choice isn't listed in the 1st Font Color dropdown, select "Other" from that dropdown list and then select the color of your choice from the "Other Font Colors" color box. *IF YOU DO NOT SELECT OTHER FROM THE FIRST FONT COLOR DROPDOWN, WE WILL IGNORE ANY COLOR CHOSEN FROM THE OTHER FONT COLORS DROPDOWN*

• Double check your selections and submit your order!

📌CARE & IMPORTANT INFO

• Although we use a very strong adhesive in the assembling of our items, there is a small chance that small pieces may break off. Please use care and caution.
• Do not put in dishwasher, microwave or expose harsh chemicals that may cause damage. Wipe clean with a damp cloth when necessary.
• Dropping the item may cause damage.

• All items are custom made to order.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days.

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with the product, please message us immediately with a picture of the item so we can remedy the situation.
