Yes, you can—but please contact us within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Once a tracking number is assigned, we can no longer update or change the shipping address.

You can cancel your order by contacting us within 2 hours of placing it. If a draft design has already been created, a design fee of $5–$10 (depending on the design) will be deducted from your refund. Please note: Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
