Custom and personalized orders

We’re pleased to offer customization on most items! Please message us before placing an order so we can review your design preferences and confirm the details together.

To keep your item in top shape, wash it inside out with similar colors and use low heat in the dryer. Avoid ironing directly over the design to prevent damage.

Each listing has a size chart within the images, typically as the final photo, which also displays color options. Be sure to review it before ordering, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance.

Since all our items are custom-made to order, we aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist.

HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS

-Preheat the heat press to 350°F (165°C) with at least 70 psi pressure. -Iron the garment to remove wrinkles and warm up the fabric. -Position the transfer face up (the white base should face the garment) on the garment and cover with greaseproof paper; never apply heat directly to the transfer. -Press for 15 seconds. -Let the transfer cool before removing tape. -Once cool, peel the backing from a corner to check if it adhered. If not, press again for 5 seconds, up to 10 seconds. -Remove the clear tape, cover with greaseproof paper, and press again for 5 seconds to secure the transfer. *You can use parchment paper or freezer paper for greaseproof paper*

Pricing and Ordering for DTF Transfers

Our heat transfers are priced solely based on size, measured by the longest side. To place an order, simply select the desired size(s) and indicate the quantity needed using the dropdown menu provided. Once you have added all the items to your cart, proceed to checkout with all of them together to ensure it's processed as a single order. You can send the image(s) or logo on Etsy Messenger or Email us at custom@dtfarea.com If you have any more questions please contact us on Etsy Messenger.
