The Ladies T-shirts do run fairly true to size like tshirts. It's NOT a junior cut it is a women's cut and it will be slightly tapered. this shirt is not skin tight but it is tapered at the sides. I am a size 14/16 and If I want a looser fit I make myself a xlarge shirt, but if I want it to be a more tight fit I would wear a large. This is due to me wearing a medium unisex tshirts thats a bit snug. Hope that helps. Junior Fit Tees run small. They are a more snug fit slim shirt. I always suggest to get a bigger size up because they tend to run smaller. Unisex sizing is a relaxed boxy cut. Can be worn by men or women Please keep in mind they are 100% Cotton which will shrink if placed in the dryer. Unisex tshirts will not shrink much
