I am a type B bride, & I did not prepare for my bachelorette weekend early enough. Upon looking at the estimated ship & arrival date, I realized that there was a 90% chance that they would not make it by my Bach weekend. I reached out directly to the seller and messaged them. It was pretty high maintenance of me and kind of entitled to assume that they would get back to me AND rush my order. However, that’s exactly what happened! They reached out & they completely understood. They wanted me to have these bags for my bridesmaids and they ended up arriving at my house EARLIER than the earliest estimated shipping date. They updated me at every step in the process and it gave me such a peace of mind. Their personal connection and compassion made good service into excellent service!!! Forever grateful!
