🌸 Welcome to WildbloomQuilts - bold, colourful folk-art quilt patterns for makers who love vivid, joyful projects. 🌸

⚠️ TECHNIQUE - PLEASE READ FIRST: RAW-EDGE FUSIBLE APPLIQUE
This is a raw-edge fusible applique pattern. The templates print at FINISHED SIZE with NO seam allowance and NO dashed turn-under lines, and they come as numbered full-size layout sheets - not as separate cut-out pieces. You trace each shape onto paper-backed fusible web, iron it to your fabric, cut on the drawn line, peel, press it in place, and stitch over the raw edge with a blanket or narrow zigzag stitch. Paper-backed fusible web is required. This is NOT a turned-edge / needle-turn pattern, and there are no dotted seam-allowance lines to turn under.

This gloriously shaggy Highland cow commands the design with an explosion of bold colour against a deep black background, her magnificent mane rendered in sweeping layers of fiery orange, crimson red, teal, deep navy, and rich plum. Cream-tipped horns curve proudly above her fluffy fringe, while her muzzle is softly shaded in warm cream and burgundy, giving her a wonderfully characterful, folk-art personality. A cheerful garland of flat-cut flowers frames the base of the composition, with blooms in red, gold, and teal nestled among simple green leaves and plump purple tulips. The whole design has the bold, joyful energy of traditional folk embroidery translated into fabric, making it an absolute delight to fussy-cut and layer up with your favourite cotton scraps.

Every pattern in this shop is my own work, from the first line to the last page. I draw each design by hand as an original vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator, then develop it into a ready-to-sew applique pattern - every cutting line, every fabric colour, every template page and instruction. Each one takes time and a lot of care, and I hope that comes through when you stitch it.

AI-assisted tools have been used to create or enhance some product mockups and backgrounds. AI is used for presentation purposes only and does not generate or alter the digital pattern/product being sold.
