This was quite an experience. I needed to send a gift to a friend in Portugal. She is elderly and I wanted the gift to be a surprise. Unfortunately she refused the package because she thought it was fraud. Between translation into Portuguese, re sending the package, this seller went out of her way to make this work for me. Incredible customer service. She received the blanket and said she absolutely loved it. Thank you for everything!
