Can I change my address after placing my order?

You can request changes to your order within one hour of purchase. After that period, no modifications can be made, as we begin processing your personalized design right away to prevent production delays. Once submitted to production, changes are no longer possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and USPS-verified. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Can I make returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer preference. Please double-check the size chart before completing your purchase. Refunds or replacements are only provided if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out immediately.

Custom and personalized orders

Each item is custom-made just for you based on your personalized details, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to help. We strive to make our mockups as accurate as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to individual monitor settings. Refunds cannot be issued for minor color differences.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their item within 72 hours of delivery and must contact us immediately if any defects are found on the sweatshirt or T-shirt. We are unable to offer replacements after this timeframe, as any issues reported beyond this window may be due to circumstances outside of our control.
