What you’ll receive

The standard e-book cover size is 2560 × 1600 pixels. If you require a different size or specific platform dimensions, please let me know before I begin working on your cover.

How it works

1. Place your order.
2. Send me your character descriptions, references, mood boards, or inspiration covers via Etsy Messages.
3. We’ll discuss the overall style, characters, poses, and a simple background that fits your story.
4. Before I start illustrating, you’ll receive a pose preview for approval or revisions.
5. Your finished artwork will be delivered within 5–14 business days.

Please keep in mind that there may be a waiting period before I can begin your project depending on my current order queue. The 5–14 business days refer to the actual production time once work on your project has started.
Need it sooner? An Express Fee is available under the personalization options.

For the best results

Please include:

* Character appearance (hair, eyes, skin tone, height, tattoos, scars, clothing, etc.)
* Personality and relationship dynamics
* Preferred pose or reference images
* Desired mood (romantic, playful, dramatic, emotional, etc.)

Good to know

All covers currently shown in the listing images are also available as pre-made covers at a lower price. Those designs are not personalized—only the title, subtitle, and author name are changed.

By default, I use the font styles shown in my portfolio and listing images. If you have a specific font in mind, please mention it when placing your order or send me a reference.

If a requested font requires purchasing an additional commercial license, I will instead select the closest high-quality alternative to keep the project affordable. If you would like a completely unique look, I also offer the option of creating a custom hand-designed font for your cover.

Not ready for a paperback yet? A custom E-Book Cover is also available separately. You can purchase a paperback upgrade later, although ordering both together is the more cost-effective option.

If you’d like to order multiple covers in the same style for a series, please send me a message before purchasing. Let me know how many covers you’d like to order, and I’ll provide you with a personal discount code.

Unfortunately, Etsy does not allow multiple quantities of the same digital Made-to-Order listing to be purchased in a single order. The individual covers therefore need to be purchased separately, but the discount code can be used for each order belonging to your series.

Complimentary Copy:
If needed, I reserve the right to request a complimentary copy of the finished, published book. Upon request, the customer agrees to provide the copy free of charge, including shipping costs.
