Can I receive my order in a certain date?

Most orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. However, please keep in mind that unexpected issues or delays with mail delivery can occasionally occur, so we can't guarantee a specific arrival date. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over shipping times and cannot accommodate rush production or shipping requests. In general, your order may take anywhere from 2-5 business days to ship, plus an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?

We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information so we can quickly assist you! - Order Number - Image and/or video of the problem - 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is. - Specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement of your item. Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery for defective items sent in error. To initiate a return or exchange, simply message us via Etsy messenger. Please note that personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Regardless matter where you live, the carrier typically has delays during the holiday season due to an increase in orders. On Etsy, you may look up the status of your order. If you need additional information, kindly contact us, and we'll get in touch with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed of the item's whereabouts.
