When will my order ship?

Nearly all of my items are made to order (unless explicitly listed/mentioned otherwise) and require 2-4 business days on average to prepare for you before shipping. I do, however, kindly ask that you allow up to 7 to be safe :) Thanks! FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com/

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Because my printing partners and I strive to get your order processed/fulfilled/shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and often times not possible) for us to cancel the fulfillment process/change order details once submitted. If your order was placed 1-3 hours prior, you are welcome to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate but unfortunately cannot make any promises. With that being said, I will never able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the actual process of fulfillment, have tracking information and/or are in transit. Thanks for understanding! FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com/

Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?

Once a tracking number is attached to your order, it has been handed off for transit either by myself or by one of my printing partners. Please allow 24-72 hrs for initial scans to reflect in the tracking. “Pre-Transit” does not mean that your package is being held up on this end but rather indicates that it is awaiting a scan from the carrier. Reaching out to the carrier (or me) about the status of your tracking unfortunately will not expedite this process. Your patience is appreciated! Please allow 10 full business days (US orders) and 30 full business days (rest of the world) of no tracking update(s) before assuming a package is missing. FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com

When will my order be delivered? (US Customers)

While transit time is both impossible to guarantee & subject to vary, most US orders will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days! My relationship with all mail carriers is just like yours & I will not be personally delivering your package. USPS has personally advised me that transit/delivery related issue(s) should be resolved with your local Post Office. Please provide the tracking information that I have provided for you, as they will have the most accurate information about their delivery driver(s) and package whereabouts. If additional assistance is required, please send me a message directly! Note: If your tracking has not been not updating, please see my above FAQ regarding scans :) FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com

Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?

If your order has multiple items, there is a chance your items may ship separately. Don’t worry, they haven’t been forgotten! Reasons include: different printing partners help me in the fulfillment of the items, varying processing times, on hand availability, stock, etc. Each item will always receive tracking information when ready, at no additional expense to you. The tracking information can be located in your order details once ready under “My Purchases”. FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com/

Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses

Your order will be shipped to the exact address that you submit to me. By placing an order with me, you acknowledge that it is your full responsibility to make sure that the address given is accurate, complete and current. In the event that your order is sent back to me due to an incomplete/improper address, you will be expected to cover the cost associated with re-shipping the order once it arrives back *and* any postage due upon my retrieving of it from my post office. I do not accept forced Returns/Refunds. If, for any reason, any of the above is a problem, a store credit will be issued on your behalf for the original item(s) price less any discounts used, a 10% re-stocking fee and any postage due. FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com

Can I return/exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery on *UNUSED*, non-personalized items only. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost to ship back original item(s) must be covered by you. Forced returns/refunds or orders otherwise shipped back to me without prior communication will not be accepted. To view my full exchange policy, please copy and paste the following link in to your browser of choice: https://theurbanflair.com/pages/exchanges FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com/

What if I have an issue with my order?

Order issues are rare and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Bottom line: I want you to be happy! The easiest and fastest way for me to help you is for you to communicate with me directly via private Etsy message with photos of any issue(s). FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com/

Will a clear case provide protection for my phone?

My clear cases are meant to serve as functional, trendy fashion accessories and treated as delicately as the expensive phone they are protecting! :) They will certainly provide enough protection for normal/daily use, however, (with iPhones being almost entirely constructed of glass now) it is nearly impossible for a case to fully guarantee (or prevent against) shattering of some kind if dropped to any extent (at any height) regardless of case or brand. With that being said, I do always recommend a glass screen protector for extra protection. If you are overly concerned about protection or know that you require greater protection, I recommend checking out my tough cases instead! FAQ: help.theurbanflair.com/

These cases will charge with *Apple MAGSAFE chargers* specifically but with reduced charging power. This style of case does not have magnets built in to it so there will not be as strong of a connection as you’d find with direct phone-to-MagSafe contact, which also results in slightly slower charging. As there is no easy way for us to verify that these are compatible with the strength of the thousands of other third party wireless chargers and/or other “MagSafe” accessories that are offered on the market, please only purchase this case if you comfortable with compatibility being possible but NOT guaranteed.

The finish that you choose is 100% preference-based. While both are smooth to touch, the "satin" finish will be semi-matte and slightly more muted while the "gloss" finish has a high sheen and showcases maximum vibrancy.

The full wrap design will be professionally printed and is scratch-resistant.

No actual glitter/metallic/holographic materials, wood or flowers of any kind are used in the making of these designs/cases.

My logo will be placed discreetly at the bottom of the case and is a small way my awesome customers help me spread the word about my brand! Logo is not removable or negotiable. Thanks for understanding!

1. 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗦 - Although I truly do my best to display my items as accurately as possible, please do keep in mind that screen settings/resolutions/calibrations can vary from device to device and portray colors slightly differently than they may appear to you in real life. I do also recommend browsing through all of the listing photos that I provide and/or any customer uploaded review photos!

2. 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 - My cases are uniquely made to order and each device has different dimensions/camera hole sizes. This means that design placement is always subject to slight variations and yours may not look exactly like my main listing photo. To see how designs will look on your specific device, head over to my direct website (https://theurbanflair.com) and choose your model from the main menu.

The products that I sell are mostly made to order, though I do occasionally have items on hand. If, by chance, I have the item(s) that you’ve ordered on hand, it will ship the same or next business day from my location in north GA.

More times than not, however, it will require time to process before shipping from my printing partner's facility.

At the moment, most orders can be expected to ship within 𝟭-𝟯 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦. I do ask, however, that you please allow for up to 7 to account for unexpected fluctuations in demand/production :)
