How do I download my digital files?

After purchase, your files will be available in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Etsy will also send an automatic email with a download link. Please note: digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. Use a web browser instead.

What sizes are included?

Each artwork includes 5 high-resolution files in different aspect ratios, allowing you to print in over 25 popular sizes, including: • 2:3 ratio — 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 inches • 3:4 ratio — 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 18x24 inches • 4:5 ratio — 8x10, 16x20, 20x25 inches • 5:7 ratio — 5x7, 10x14, 20x28 inches • ISO sizes — A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 Full sizing details are always listed in each product description.

Can I request a custom size?

Custom resizing is available for sizes larger than those included by default. Please message me before purchasing to confirm your request. Only one custom resize per listing is provided per purchase. If your desired size falls within the standard sizes included, no custom resize is needed.

Where can I print my digital art?

For best results, I recommend professional printing services, such as: • Online print labs (e.g. Mpix, Posterjack, Finerworks) • Local print shops or copy centers You may also print at home using a high-quality printer, paper and ink. However, professional printing typically provides the best color accuracy and finish.

What paper works best for printing?

For a gallery-quality look, I recommend: • Heavyweight matte paper • Fine art paper with slight texture • Archival or giclée printing (if available) These options provide richer colors and a more authentic art finish.

How can I achieve the best print quality?

For optimal results: • Disable “fit to printable area” in printer settings • Enable borderless printing when available • Use color printing (not black & white mode) • Print at 100% scale without resizing Professional print services automatically optimize these settings.

Are refunds available on digital purchases?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
