✨Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. You can cancel it during this time. If 1 hour has passed, it means we've received and processed your order, and it can no longer be canceled.

✨What Should I Do if I Received a Wrong/Damaged Product?

We apologize if the product you received is damaged. Please message us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details. We'll work with you to find the best solution.

✨What’s your return/refund policy?

- We will support you to return if there is any problem from manufacturing defect - If your item has any problem from production, please DON'T wash it, then take a photo of the damage/ fault, and contact us within 24 hours for a solution! - Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. - Our refund/exchange time frame is 14 days from the date of delivery. We won't handle a case if the time frame is exceeded. - We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed with the incorrect size due to customer error.

✨Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

- We accept size/color change requests if the order is not in production. - Check our sizing charts in the product pictures. If you receive the wrong size, we'll exchange or refund it.

✨How Do I Request a Change on a Customized Product?

- Specify your editing request in the personalization section or send us a message. - For simple designs, we'll create and print the shirt right away. - For complex requirements, we'll send a demo for your approval within 1 day. If we don't receive a response, we'll proceed with the nearest design to keep up with the schedule. - If no specific notes are added, default colors will be used for letters/designs.

✨What Is "Made To Order" mean? How is my order made?

- All our products are printed on demand, meaning they're printed only when you order them. - We use a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method, where the design is printed directly onto the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based.

✨My package is lost!

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us for assistance. If it's marked as delivered, contact your local shipping carrier. Selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout is recommended for safe delivery. Once delivered, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

✨ Gift wrapping and packaging

- We do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages.

- Graphics may not match with some shirt colors, this causes the design to not be visible on the shirt. So we advise you to consider carefully before choosing a shirt color. If the design is too subdued on the color of the shirt you purchased, we will adjust it to create the best finished product.
