What do I do if I didn't receive my package?

Please contact me immediately if you feel your package should have arrived and is not there. Each package is shipped with USPS and has tracking. Catching a missing item ASAP is important for recovery.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

There are no refunds or exchanges on personalized items. If I have made a mistake in spelling I will gladly remake the item. All spelling will be taken directly from your order notes so please be sure and double check all spelling. In some cases a proof will be sent to you before your item is made. Once that proof is approved the item will be made exactly as shown in the proof. This includes color, spelling and design.
