Can I see a proof before my order is made?

For single-name plaques, orders follow our standard layout and do not include proofs. Proofs are included for logo or bulk orders, or when a custom order is created.

How do I personalize my plaque?

Enter the name, milestone or years of service, and optional company name in the personalization box at checkout. For multiple plaques, list each plaque on a separate line.

What if I need more than 10 plaques?

Orders of more than 10 plaques are handled as custom orders to ensure accuracy, consistent layouts, and correct pricing. Message us to get started.

What industries are these awards designed for?

Our plaques are built for trades, construction, field teams, manufacturing, utilities, and similar hands-on industries.

How long does it take to ship?

Single orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Bulk or custom orders may require additional time depending on quantity and approval needs.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes. We work with teams and companies on bulk and repeat recognition orders with consistent layouts. Message us to discuss details.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes are not guaranteed once production has started. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?

Because each plaque is custom-engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our end.
