🎨 **Color & Print Variation**

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and finish selection.

Design placement may also vary slightly between phone models due to differences in camera cutouts and case dimensions. Small variations between displays, materials, and device shapes are normal; a printing or production error is handled separately as a product issue.

📸 **Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items & Fit Issues**

If your phone case arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or does not fit the phone model selected at checkout, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can investigate.

For reported fit or functionality issues, we may request:

- Confirmation of your exact phone model and the case model ordered.
- Clear photos showing the reported issue.
- A short video demonstrating the fit, including any misalignment of buttons, camera openings, or case edges, when helpful.
- Additional information or documentation if needed to review the issue.

These details help us determine whether the issue is related to product selection, fit preferences, or a possible manufacturing defect.

If a video cannot be attached through Etsy Messages, a shareable Google Drive link may be provided. If video is unavailable, please contact us so we can discuss other ways to document the issue.

For incorrect-item or fulfillment concerns, please retain the shipping packaging and label until the issue is resolved, as photos may be requested to verify the shipment.

Verified manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors are handled separately from standard returns.
