Highlights
Lot of 3 vintage color photographs depicting coastal scenery on Oahu, Hawaii, likely around the Hanauma Bay and Koko Head lookout area. Images include a scenic overlook with a stone bench facing a rocky cove and headland, an aerial-style view of Hanauma Bay's crescent beach and volcanic crater with palm trees, and a view along a jagged volcanic coastline meeting turquoise water. All three show a distinct purple color shift consistent with aging color print stock, and print style suggests a 1970s-1980s date. No captions or writing visible on the fronts. Condition: noticeable purple/magenta color shift on all three prints, consistent fading, otherwise stable with no major creases noted. Sold as a themed scenic lot - photos are unidentified as to exact vantage point beyond likely Hanauma Bay/Koko Head area. Associated with the estate of USAF Col. Patricia Jane Harrington.
