Minimaru™ – Rechargeable Magnetic Wall Lamp

Designed and made in-house in Melbourne, Minimaru™ is a compact 3D-printed wall lamp that transforms everyday lighting into a quiet architectural feature. Inspired by the soft geometry of arched alcoves and layered forms, its sculptural silhouette frames a glowing hemisphere that creates a warm, ambient light while adding depth and character to your walls.

At the heart of Minimaru is a rechargeable magnetic light module. The illuminated globe effortlessly snaps into place with hidden magnets, allowing you to lift it away whenever you need portable light. Whether mounted beside a bed, in a hallway, or as a reading light, it combines the permanence of a wall sconce with the flexibility of a cordless lamp.

Like all Andphorra designs, every component is 3D printed in-house using precision-engineered parts that fit together seamlessly. The layered interior creates subtle shadows that shift throughout the day, making the lamp feel equally beautiful whether switched on or off. Its compact footprint (15 × 10 × 8.5 cm) makes it ideal for smaller spaces while still serving as a distinctive design object.

Minimal in size, warm in presence, Minimaru is designed to bring calm, functional light wherever it’s needed. It works beautifully as a bedside lamp, entryway accent, nursery light, or hallway feature.

They're great! The material is so light that I've used command strips to put them up (pro tip for renters like me :)). I've deducted a star because my television remote somehow interferes with the lights so that when I turn off my tv, the lights flicker to a different setting. it's frustrating but I can live with it! Just a wonky coincidence I guess. But the lights are nice and bright. The warm setting is especially pleasant. Overall, I'm satisfied!
