🌈 THE WFH BRAIN — ADHD LIFE PLANNER 🧠
Built for brains that think in bursts, not straight lines.
If you work from home and your brain doesn't do neat little to-do lists, this one's for
you. The WFH Brain is a colorful, ADHD-friendly Notion planner built around three simple
loops: capture everything, plan the day in time blocks, and track the habits that
actually keep you steady — without the guilt.
💛 WHAT'S INSIDE
🧠 Brain Dump & Task Capture
A judgment-free inbox for every task, errand, and random 2am idea. Sort by category,
energy level, and priority whenever you're ready — plus a Board view so you can drag
tasks across stages at a glance.
☀️ Daily Planner & Time Blocks
Morning, midday, and afternoon blocks instead of one overwhelming list. Track your top 3
priorities, energy level, mood, and daily wins. Comes with a Calendar view for a
week-at-a-glance.
🔁 Habit & Routine Tracker
Simple daily checkboxes for the routines you're building, plus a "why it matters" field —
because a reminder of your why beats a guilt-inducing streak count every time.
✨ WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
• Bold, colorful, dopamine-friendly design — not another gray productivity template
• Works fully on Notion's FREE plan — no upgrade needed
• Fully editable — change colors, icons, and layout to make it yours
• One-click setup: duplicate the link and you're in
• Includes a step-by-step PDF setup guide
📥 HOW IT WORKS
This is a digital Notion template, not a physical or downloadable file. After purchase,
you'll receive a PDF with a link to duplicate the planner straight into your own Notion
workspace. Takes about 2 minutes.
