How Many Hoops You Get ?

You will get what you choose in the selection bar, for example: if you choose 1 hoop, you will get only one single hoop( not one pair). if you choose 2 hoops you will receive 2 single hoops(not 2 pairs).

How to Choose Hoop Size ?

Our hoop size means inner diameter. •As everyone is a different individual, It's always recommended to measure your own size before place an order, please measure the distance from the hole to the ear(or nose) edge, and add 1mm for a snug fit, add 1.5-2mm for a loose fit (please see listing picture for details). •And due to the handmade procedure, the hoop size will not 100% accurate, please allow 0.3-0.6mm tolerance.

How to Open & Close Endless Hoop ?

Pleases follow the listing video to open and close the hoop properly. To open: Twist the two ends away from each other, don't pull apart. To close: Slightly twist the two ends up and down and squish them to close, or just ask a friend or family to help

Why Sterling Silver Jewelry Change Color after Use?

It's normal for sterling silver to change yellow or even black due to oxidation. Just polish with warm water & a soft cloth, with a little soda powder added in the water, or just use toothpaste(no water added) to polish it, it will regain its beautiful shining finish. After that, if you could brush a layer clearly nail polish on it, which will keep it away from oxidation and help the color last longer.
