WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROOF?

For orders requiring custom artwork preparation, we will send a digital design proof through Etsy Messages before production. Simple designs, such as names, text, dates, or basic icons, are normally prepared within 1–5 business days. Full or detailed designs, including photo portraits, pet portraits, handwriting, children’s artwork, vehicles, or other complex artwork, are normally prepared within 3–7 business days. The design preparation period begins after your order is placed and we have received all required personalization information and usable reference images. The proof is provided for review and approval only. Embroidery files, digitized production files, and editable source files are not included with the physical product.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER RECEIVING MY PROOF?

Please review the spelling, artwork, layout, thread colors, and embroidery placement carefully. Reply through Etsy Messages within 24 hours with your approval or revision request. Responding promptly helps us move your order into production and avoid shipping delays. Production will begin after the design is approved. Once the proof has been approved or production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer accepted. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your production and estimated delivery timeline may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed proof approval.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. • Before design preparation begins: The order may be canceled for a full refund. • After the custom design or digital proof has been prepared, but before production begins: A design fee equal to 30% of the order’s item subtotal will be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded. • After the proof has been approved or production has begun: The order can no longer be changed or canceled. The 30% design fee covers the time and work already completed to prepare, digitize, and customize the artwork for your order. Shipping charges for an unshipped order will not be retained.

AFTER APPROVAL OR PRODUCTION

Once the customer approves the proof or production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Design preparation times are: • 1–5 business days for simple text, name, date, or basic icon designs. • 3–7 business days for full or detailed designs, including portraits, handwriting, children’s artwork, vehicles, and other complex artwork. Customers should review and respond to the digital proof within 24 hours to keep the order on schedule. Delayed responses may extend the production and estimated delivery time. This policy does not limit the buyer’s rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly made by us, or significantly different from the listing description.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, spelling, or personalization information selected or submitted by the buyer. Please review the listing details, size chart, and personalization information carefully before ordering. This does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly made by us, or significantly different from the listing description.

WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION?

Buyer-selected sizes and buyer-submitted personalization cannot normally be returned or exchanged after production begins. Please contact us through Etsy Messages. Depending on the order status, we may be able to make a change or offer a replacement at a reduced price, but this cannot be guaranteed
