“The title says "Leather EDC Wallet" - But it is not a wallet. The placement of the gromit in the top corner blocks cards from sliding in the credit card pocket inside. You can only go partially in the slot or go under the gromit. This makes it unusable as a wallet to hold cards and ID. The pictures make it look like you can, but you cannot. I immediately contacted the seller upon recieving and he told me it is an EDC holding item and is not supposed to hold credit cards and IDs and the like. Although it says returns within 7 days, I had to pay $25 to ship this back to him in Turkey. Then when he got it he gave me a PARTIAL refund. Which I contacted him about and again he said it was my fault for ordering this as a wallet. It is also very thin leather and cheaply made, my first misstep on Etsy.”

The title says "Leather EDC Wallet" - But it is not a wallet. The placement of the gromit in the top corner blocks cards from sliding in the credit card pocket inside. The product design is clearly shown in the listing photos. There is a card section on one side, while the other side is designed for EDC items, with space for cash behind them. Nowhere in the listing is it stated or shown that there are card slots on both sides. The item received was exactly the product shown and had no defect. The quality of the leather and craftsmanship can be clearly seen in our detailed photos and is also reflected in the reviews from our other customers. The return was requested because the design did not meet the buyer's personal expectations. ETSY REVIEWED THE CASE AND COVERED THE REFUND THROUGH ITS PURCHASE PROTECTION PROGRAM.
